Long Day

Today has definitely been a long day, especially for a Tuesday. I have not been going to bed earlier as I said I would. I always get a good start and then something prolongs me actually getting in the bed. It's either I am twisting my hair, picking out our clothes for the next day or doing something that I somehow forgot about when I got home-whether that be washing dishes, putting up some laundry.

Just wanted to share two layouts I did. This first layout is of my boyfriend and daughter.The picture is from November 2008, she was about 6 months old.





I used the GDS February 2010 Collaboration kit "Red Hot", which you can get by spending $10 in the store.

Next layout is of my boyfriend and his niece. I used Endless Love by Marshmella Designs.





And last but not least [did not realize by BF was in all of these layouts..lol] is a layout I did for my boyfriend and his brothers. I used Change of Heart, a collaboration between GeniaBeana Scraps and JennCK Designs. And the background paper did not come with the kit, its credits go to Delicious Scraps "Luscious Blue" kit.





I have a chat at GoDigitialScrapbooking.com in about 2 hours. Very excited about it. I entered the contest to become a creative team member for the site. Round 1 results are going to be revealed - we will find out who is moving on to round 2. About 180 people entered the contest and in the end there will be 12 chosen to be on the creative team for GDS. So much talent on the site...but at the same time..everyone is so encouraging. That is one of the main reasons why I forced myself to learn Photoshop. First I was all about Paint Shop Pro..it was easy...I already knew it...but Photoshop just seemed to have more possibilities... I started using Photoshop in September and I am still learning and trying out new things. Well..that's all for now..later!
